Telephone Support

Dear Customer;

We do currently not offer telephone support for our devices. Please understand, that our devices and operating systems are sometimes difficult and answers are not always obvious. Therefore, we have to investigate for problems, too. Thus we need as much information about the problem as possible and this can not be communicated over the telephone line.  

We do however offer email support free of charge on a first come, first serve base.
